Get FREE printable copywork & craft instructions for the My Father’s World Kindergarten curriculum Words to Remember: Ee is for Elephant!

As much as I love the hands-on activities and crafts in our My Father’s World Kindergarten Curriculum, I was not very good about doing the Words to Remember badges with my daughter.

So, I came up with something a little different for the boys. I created printable craft / copywork pages for them to work on their penmanship while creatively depicting the Words to Remember. It was a hit!

My Father's World Kindergarten Craft and Copywork Printables Ee Elephant

This is one of our Lesson 15: Ee Elephant pages. First, the boys completed the copywork at the bottom of the page and then they began the craft portion of the activity.

“I remember what God has done for me.”
– My Father’s World Kindergarten Curriculum

Craft Supplies:

  • construction paper (gray, pink, white)
  • wiggle eyes
  • something to trace circles (plastic icing lid)
  • scissors
  • glue
  • MFW Words to Remember printable (scroll for download instructions)

Craft Instructions:

1) Use the plastic lid to trace three circles onto the gray paper and two circles onto the pink paper.

2) Cut out the gray circles on the traced lines.

3) Cut out the pink circles just inside the traced lines so that the pink circles are slightly smaller than the gray circles.

4) Cut two small triangles out of the white paper for the tusks.

5) Cut a rectangle out of the gray paper for the trunk.

6) Glue the pink circles onto the gray circles to make the ears.

7) Space the ears apart and glue them to the copywork page.

8) Glue the third gray circle in the middle of the ears to make the head.

9) Slide the two triangles underneath the head for the tusks and glue.

10) Glue the rectangle trunk onto the head.

11) Adhere the wiggle eyes.
