Grab this super cute, FREE circus tent craft template for kids! It’s a great addition to a circus-themed lesson plan and it’s easy to make!
When my kids were young, we had circus-themed learning! One of our activities was this super cute, super easy to make circus tent craft!

Once I printed out the circus tent template, my boys got busy with the markers!
My 4 year olds worked on patterning as they colored in the template, alternating from red and white. It was great because they had no clue they were learning as they colored.
Isn’t that really the best type of learning, anyhow? Through a fun, hands-on activity?
They were just having fun and didn’t even realize they are learning at the very same time!

Once they were done coloring, we used tape to put the tent together.
Using a toothpick, we poked a hole in the top for the flag.
Lastly, we adhered some of the various circus-themed people and animals (the ring master and lion) inside the tent as shown below.

And then it was time to play pretend circus! My boys had a blast!

Thanks girl! You know what is funny…we did this a earlier this month and I was JUST working on the TT Crafty Corner post and I saw your daughter’s tent! I was thinking that it looked really familiar and then I noticed that you got your template from the very same site!!!

Yours turned out super cute! We didn’t end up cutting the front of ours out like you did, I was worried it would collapse if we did.
