Welcome to Mama’s Mission of the Month! My hope is that this will help me {and you} accomplish the goals we have set for the month! So, if you are a mom and you’re ready to start getting things done, feel free to join in! Check out the intro post for all the details! (If you’ve already read the rules, feel free to go ahead and link up!)
April Mission Update: April was a productive month for me! I got a lot from my list accomplished and the few things that I didn’t complete will be transferred over to this month’s list. Having my Mission of the Month Checklist more readily visible totally made a difference! Here’s how I did for April:
1. Exercise at least 3 days per week.
2. Scrapbook 10 pages.
3. Finish reading Living Forward. I loved reading this book and I can’t wait to implement what I’ve learned and create my own life plan!
Marriage:
4. Write 1 love letter to my hubby.
5. Plan 2 date nights.
Parenting:
6. Plan 3 family game nights. We only had one game night, but it was pretty epic! It was our very own arcade-style basketball, air hockey, and foosball tournament down in our basement!
7. Plan 3 family movie nights. We love, love, love using VidAngel to filter our foul language and inappropriate scenes in box office hits!
Homeschooling:
8. Hang posters and boards on classroom walls.
Homemaking:
9. Prepare a meal plan for each week of the month.
10. Print and frame pictures from our vow renewal ceremony.
11. Finish dusting all the blinds.
Ministry/Friendships/Extended Family:
12. Write thank you letters to homeschool conference speakers.
Blogging/Online Activity:
13. Update my top ten blog posts.
14. Finish my blog redesign. I’m basically done, but I’m sure I will make more tweaks along the way.
