Don’t homeschool alone! Join the all-encompassing iugo.world homeschool community for support, resources, and much more!
Are you sure about this? I got this question quite often when I first decided to homeschool my children. I heard it from friends, family members – even strangers. Initially, my own husband wasn’t even on board. But, I was convinced that I could do it and that it was the right thing to do… until I actually started.
In the beginning, it was fun and exciting. As a former public school teacher, the actual “teaching” part was easy. However, with all the nay-sayers and critics, I began to question my decision. Were they right? Was I doing my children a disservice? Was homeschooling a mistake that I would eventually regret?
So many negative thoughts flooded my mind. I felt so incredibly alone. I wish I could have had a community of homeschoolers for encouragement and support. To reassure me that homeschooling was not a mistake.

I wish I would have had access to a homeschool community like iugo.world – so I wouldn’t have felt like I was on an island all by myself.
What is iugo.world?
What exactly is iugo.world? It’s an economical, all-encompassing, one-of-a-kind platform that strives to meet the needs of homeschoolers and help them thrive.
Pronounced /yugo/, the latin meaning is yoke – to bind together and connect. The heart and mission of iugo.world is to bring together and connect the homeschool community in the U.S. and around the world and protect the right to school our children, support each other, and thrive individually and collectively as a whole.
It’s a private, one-of-a-kind web, iOS, and Android-based homeschool community with expertly curated K-12 educational resources (both secular and Christian), special interest groups, events, and more. Plus, there’s a team of teachers and consultants that will empower you with the tools you need to create a thriving homeschool.
There’s even an interactive map with homeschool compliance laws by state.
Members can connect, share, and gain access to hundreds of homeschool learning and teaching resources, tips, courses, field trips, and other relevant information designed for homeschoolers!
I would describe iugo.world as a social network platform designed just for homeschoolers. It’s a place where you can go for encouragement, resources, education, and so much more!
