Edible OREO Labybug

Check out these cute little ladybugs that we made! To make them, you need:

– Oreos
– icing
– red food coloring
– mini chocolate chips
– red licorice
– black Jujubee candies

Cut or break one Oreo in half. Tint the icing with the red food coloring and spread it onto the two Oreo halves. Add the chocolate chips for the spots. Finally, add two pieces of licorice for the antennae and two of the Jujubee candies for the head and that’s it!!

This super cute idea is from Oreo with a Twist.

    I love that idea! The ladybug is adorable. I am a major craft mom myself and am always looking for really awesome little crafts for my girls and their class parties. I have identical girls that are in first grade and I have them in separate classes this year for the first time. I love that I get to be room mom to two classes…very fun!
    Do you have any cute Valentine craft ideas…or food craft ideas?
