Using My Father’s World Rome to the Reformation? Download these supplemental Bible verse copywork printable pages!
We used My Father’s World as our primary homeschool curriculum for many years! When we got to the Rome to the Reformation cycle, I created Bible verse printables and copywork pages to coordinate with the curriculum.
Today I’m sharing my Rome to the Reformation copywork pages.

It is my hope that these printables will be helpful to others using My Father’s World: Rome to the Reformation! This set of copywork contains both primary and standard writing lines.
As with some of the previous MFW Bible printables, this group also uses the same graphics for each set of verses. This helps to visually remind the student that the verses go together and they should memorize and recite they as complete passages.
The entire file contains almost 60 pages! Below are the copywork Bible verses in the full download.
MFW RtR Bible Verses from Romans:
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who loeve him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship. Romans 12:1
Do not confirm any longer to the pattern of this world, but he transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
For by grace given me I say to everyone of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Romans 12:3
Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function… Romans 12:4
…so in Christ we who are many form on body, and each member belongs to all the others. Romans 12:5
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. Romans 12:6a
MFW RtR Bible Verses from 1 Corinthians 13:
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 1 Corinthians 13:1
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:2
If I give all I posses to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:3
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 1 Corinthians 13:4
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 1 Corinthians 13:5
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 1 Corinthians 13:6
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13:7-8a
MFW RtR Bible Verses from Philippians:
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Philippians 2:3
Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interest of others. Philippians 2:4
Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:5
Who, being in very nature of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped… Philippians 2:6
…but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. Philippians 2:7
And being found in appearance as man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death – even death on the cross! Philippians 2:8
Therefore, God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name… Philippians 2:9
…that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth… Philippians 2:10
…and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:11
Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed – not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence – continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling… Philippians 2:12
…for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. Philippians 2:13
Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation… Philippians 2:14-15a
…in which you shine like starts in the universe as you hold out the word of life… Philippians 2:15b-16
