Download and print these free Ten Commandments copywork printable pages designed to be used with the My Father’s World CtG curriculum.

When my children and I were working through My Father’s World: Creation to the Greeks as part of our homeschool curriculum, we began learning/reviewing the Ten Commandments from the Bible. Therefore, to help my kiddos practice their penmanship and to work on memorizing the Ten Commandments, I created some copywork / writing printables!

Ten Commandments Copywork Bible Verse Printables

Even if you do not use the MFW curriculum, the printable copywork pages can be an asset to anyone studying or learning about the Ten Commandments! Or, perhaps you simply want some Bible-based copywork for your children! Either way, these printables are for you!

The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20):

1) I am the Lord your God…you shall have no other gods before me.

2) You shall not make for yourself an idol.

3) You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.

4) Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

5) Honor your father and mother.

6) You shall not murder.

7) You shall not commit adultery.

8) You shall not steal.

9) You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

10) You shall not covet your neighbor’s house…or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

Using the Ten CommandmentS Copywork Pages:

These copywork pages are a great way for the kids to practice learning the Bible verses. Simply copy the commandment on the lines provided. (I required my kiddos to use their neatest handwriting.) Plus, there is plenty of space so that the child can copy the verse multiple times if desired.

Thank you so much for making these available for free! However, when I printed out the OT books copywork, the lines didn’t print. Any idea why? Did anyone else have that issue?
