Download & print multiple versions of calendars designed for kids! Choose from tracing, dot, or coloring calendars! Current month is FREE!
Calendars are a great way to help children with many aspects of learning; from counting to learning the months of the year and the days of the week.
But, did you realize that you can also use calendars to work on patterns, penmanship, and hand-eye coordination?
That is exactly what my printable calendars can be used for! Want to know more? Keep reading…

Dot Calendars for Kids:
The printable dot calendar is an excellent way to work on hand-eye coordination. The child uses the special dot marker to make a dot inside the circle of the appropriate number corresponding to the date.
Work on patterns by using different colors as shown below. Alternate colors to make patterns! I just used two colors below – but, the more colors, the more fun!

Tracing Calendars for Kids:
The printable tracing calendar is a great way for children to work on their penmanship. At the beginning of the month, trace inside the letters and numbers of the current month and year. Each day, trace the appropriate number that corresponds to the date.
Multiple writing mediums can be used; pencils, colored pencils, crayons, markers. Work on patterns by using different colors as shown below. Again, more colors = more fun!
Want to use colors without the worry of making mistakes? Check out these erasable color pens or these erasable crayons for the ability to easily fix any mistakes.

Coloring/Regular Calendars for Kids:
This calendar lends itself to many different uses. Use it as a reference tool. Display it as is. Or, color the appropriate number corresponding to the date as shown below.
Alternate colors to work on pattern skills. Again, more colors means more fun! And using erasable crayons or erasable markers makes it easy to fix any mistakes.
Other options for the coloring/regular calendar include putting a checkmark or sticker in the box for each day. Or, perhaps X out the number for each passing day.

Which calendars would be most helpful for your child(ren) or students? The dot calendar? The tracing calendar? The coloring calendar?
