We made these yummy ladybug snacks this week. We used an apple, raisins, peanut butter, and a chocolate covered hazelnut. I know the head of the ladybug is not so healthy, but that is all we had. You can always substitute the chocolate with a grape! 😉

 {FYI, the head is attached using a toothpick.}

    I made these for my girls this morning as part of their breakfast. They were a huge hit. I used dried plums for the head–cause that’s what I had in the pantry–and they were super cute. Thanks for the idea!

    That is so cute…this will go along with our ladybugs we ordered from eggs. They are now in the pupa stage. Thanks, Karen
    -we have a picture of them on the blog.
