I previously wrote about how much my kids LOVED the first two Adventures in Odyssey Imagination Station books. Well, we got the rest of the series and my kids can’t stop reading! You should have seen the shouts of excitement as they opened the box and pulled out the books, one book at a time! Truth be told, I was pretty excited too! I love when my kids are excited about reading!

Hopefully your child will squeal with glee over these books as well, because I am super excited to be able to give away…not one…not two, but FIVE copies of the newest book in The Imagination Station series, Challenge on the Hill of Fire! The book is scheduled to release in stores in January. However, five lucky readers will get the book now! How cool is that?!?

The Imagination Station #10: Challenge on the Hill of FireChallenge on the Hill of Fire (Book #10) ~ from the publishers:

Kidnapped by Celtic Druids in 433, Patrick and Beth are headed to certain death when followers of a former Irish Slave (Saint Patrick, called Patritius in this book) save them. The cousins find themselves in the midst of a power struggle between Ireland’s King Logaire, Patritius, and the leader of the Druids, Lochru. A spiritual showdown begins on the Hill of Slane when Patritius builds a fire, challenging the King’s authority. Will Patritius prove to the king that the God of the Bible is the true God? Or will the king take sides with the Druids? The Emerald Isle holds many tales and legends, but this story of truth and standing strong for God is not one to be missed.

Our Thoughts and Experience: We have thoroughly enjoyed The Imagination Station book series thus far! My boys were so excited to have the whole series. When one of the books is not neatly stacked on their dresser, it is most likely stuck to one of my boys’ hands being read…or hidden under one of their pillows (so that their sibling won’t take it and loose their place in the book)! The books are very engaging and exciting and I love that the Bible is woven throughout the stories!

Adventures in Odyssey: Imagination Station Book Series: Books 1-10

About the Series: The Imagination Station series, published by Tyndale House and Focus on the Family, is a historical fiction adventure series for young readers, recommended for ages 7 and up. The chapter books remind me of Magic Tree House books, but with the added benefit of having the Christian faith interwoven throughout the stories!

I would love to win this for my son. He is 7 and is a HUGE reader. He has a book glued to his hand every second he can. He loves chapter books but has never really like The Magic tree house until 3 weeks ago. We are on book number 5 now and by the sound of things here, he would absolutely love this.
