There are four different pages (monthly blog calendar, monthly blog planning, giveaways/reviews, and blog post notes) included for each month of planning plus additional bonus planning pages! Check out all the details!
Monthly Blog Calendar
The Monthly Blog Calendar (shown below on the left) is where I write my blog post titles on the date I plan to post. Once I have written and scheduled the post, I check off the “Scheduled” box. I check off the little “boxes” marked F (for Facebook), T (for Twitter), P (for Pinterest), and I (for Instagram) as I share my posts via these respective social media outlets.
Monthly Blog Planning
The Monthly Blog Planning page (shown above on the right) includes two columns where I can keep up with Major Blog Posts to Write (giveaways, reviews, sponsored posts, link-ups, products, holidays, etc) AND Blog Related To-DO List & Goals (content creation, maintenance, collaboration, social media, marketing, advertising, etc). I check off the items on the lists as they are completed.
Giveaways / Reviews
The Giveaways / Reviews page (shown below on left) is where I record information for my blog reviews and giveaways. I love that this allows me to have my giveaway and review notes all in one place!
Blog Post Notes
The Blog Post Notes page (shown above on right) is where I record notes and reminders about specific, non-giveaway, non-review blog posts. Again, it allows me to keep all of the information in one place. I usually print multiples of this page for each month.
Monthly Blog Statistics
The Monthly Blog Statistics page (shown below on left) allows me to keep track of various blog related stats each month, including: page views, unique visitors, subscribers, social media followers, income stats, and more. I enter the data at the end of each month. There are multiple version of this page included in the download so that you can decided which format works best for you.
Year at a Glance Calendar
It is nice to have a Year at a Glance calendar (shown above on right) to reference as I schedule blog posts. It just makes it easier to be able to plan ahead.

Daisies: A Different Color for Each Month
I love the fun, watercolor daisies that I created for the planner! It has a different color daisy for each month. While I love all the different colors, they actually serve as a quick organizational help. For example, July is a blue daisy. So, as I am thumbing through my planner, I quickly know that if I see a blue daisy on the page, I am still looking at a July related planner page.
Pick Your Own Cover!
Included in the download are 14 different covers for you to choose from! With all the options you are bound to find a favorite for your planner!
Putting the Planner Together:
I print the pages front to back so that my planner isn’t too bulky. I also print multiples of some of the pages based on my own blog planning needs. After printing the pages, I laminate the cover and back pages for durability and then trim off the excess laminating pouch.
Then I spiral bind the pages using my binding machine. (I love that it allows me to easily open up the binding and add in new pages whenever I need to!) You could easily 3-hole punch the pages and use a 3-ring binder or you could have a local office supply store spiral bind the planner for you.
Be sure to grab these colorful, erasable pens to use in your planner! These pens are my absolute, most favorite pens to use EVER! They help me keep my planner scribble free! If I make a mistake or need to change something in my planner, I don’t have to mark things out…just erase and make the necessary changes!
Now, it’s time to put the blogging planner to use! Take your blog to the next level by having a plan in place! And, there you have it…my 2020 Blogging Planner!
