The kids have been ALL ABOUT making ornaments, so we decided to make pinecone Christmas tree ornaments. They were very easy and the kids LOVE using glitter!

First, they painted the pinecones green. They they used glue to put dots all over the pinecone. They shook on the glitter and let it dry. Once it was all dry, I used the glue gun to glue on the star and the ribbon to hang it with…and that was it! Super easy!!

I was going to do this, but forgot to buy the silly things when I was at Michaels and didn’t want to try and make another special trip. Sigh.

Very cute!! I have about 100 HUGE pine cones in my storage that my husband picked up for me a while back. I was thinking of doing a similar craft. Looks great!!
