Making Faces

So, in effort to keep the kids occupied for awhile, I came up with the idea of pita pocket faces. We made pita pockets (gotta love the bread machine) from scratch and then the kids got to make their own face. I put out peanut butter, jelly, sliced bananas, thin slices of apple, cheerios, and raisins. Here is one of our edible pieces of art! 🙂 It must have taken over an hour for the kids to decorate and eat their faces, but it gave me just enough time to hop on the computer for awhile! As moms, you gotta do what you gotta do! 🙂
