Well, just like with our Mother’s Day cards, I was a slacker and didn’t get the Father’s Day cards out on time..we just finished these two days ago. Ugh…I used to be so great about getting cards out on time. I have got to get back in the groove!

But, if you are looking for a quick last minute Father’s Day card for your kiddos to make, this one was super easy!

These cute little cards open up so that you can write a little note on the inside of the shirt. The kids had fun designing their shirt and tie. The template comes with lots of different tie/bow tie options and the kids colored all of them before deciding which ONE they wanted add to their card.

So, if you need an easy card for dad or granddad, you can download the card template and instructions from The Knack, sponsored by Michaels Craft Store.
