Welcome to Mama’s Mission of the Month! My hope is that this will help me {and you} accomplish the goals we have set for the month! So, if you are a mom and you’re ready to start getting things done, feel free to join in! Check out the intro post for all the details! (If you’ve already read the rules, feel free to go ahead and link up!)

February Mission Update: This is where I normally report on how I did accomplishing my goals for the previous month. However, it has been awhile since I shared my monthly mission list. But, I will definitely provide an update next month! In the meantime, here are my goals for March. I’m expecting it to be a very productive month!

My Mission for March 2016:

Personal:

1. Exercise at least 3 days per week.

2. Scrapbook 10 pages. ~ I ordered some new scrapbook pocket pages which will hopefully help me knock out my scrapbook pages a lot quicker.

3. Read Living Forward. ~ I am so excited to read this book and learn how to stop feeling like I’m “drifting through life.”

Marriage:

4. Write 1 love letter to my hubby.

5. Plan 2 date nights.

Parenting:

6. Plan 3 family game nights.

7. Plan 3 family movie nights. ~ Ok, y’all have GOT to try VidAngel. It has totally transformed our family movie nights! It allows us to easily FILTER movies, which means no more cringing at foul language or fast-forwarding through inappropriate scenes.

Homeschooling:

8. Hang posters and boards on classroom walls. ~ We moved a year ago and I am STILL trying to finish up our classroom…perhaps I’ll get it done by the end of the school year! LOL!!

9. Make more SWR spelling word insert cards for our Education Cubes.

Education Cubes

Homemaking:

Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat10. Prepare a meal plan for each week of the month. ~ I purchased a Plan to Eat subscription, so I’m hopeful that it will help me finally get meal-planning under control.

11. Print and frame pictures from our vow renewal ceremony.

12. Dust all the blinds. ~ I keep telling myself I’m going to do this regularly so that the dust doesn’t accumulate…but…here I am with dust that he been accumulating since we moved here…a year ago…ugh!

Ministry/Friendships/Extended Family:

13. Make 10 birthday cards. ~ I used to be great about sending out birthday cards to family members. However, I have been slacker…time to make more cards!

Blogging/Online Activity:

14. Update my top ten blog posts.

15. Complete my blog redesign. ~ In efforts to make my site mobile-friendly, I have completely changed the design. I am LOVING my new blog theme from Pretty Darn Cute Design!!!

So your list just made me brake out in an anxietal sweat. I may have to lie down. But seriously, I need to work on the exercise and quality-cute-married couple time. My boys get everything else. Too much, really. I feel like I’m at confession for over achieving moms?! 🙂
